If your not happy or satisfied with your product,  we will refund your money or replace the item. We do offer a 90-day money back guarantee.  We honor all manufacturers warranties and in most cases exceed them.  If there should ever be a problem you may contact our customer service at 1-866-377-3637 or email to and we will assist you.



To better serve you, we ask that you contact our return department at Please state the reason you want to return the item or if it is defective. This will expedite your credit and will give you instructions on where to return the product. Some items should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement. 



Returns that are not returned in the original product packaging and/or within 90 days may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns after 90 days. The original shipping costs of the returned item are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
